Our senior personnel, led by Director, John Day, has decades of industry knowledge and provides unrivalled expertise to organisations’ employee retention strategies.
Over the years, the EPM team has contributed to the shaping of the employee remuneration landscape in Australia, consulting with the ATO on legislative changes, lecturing, and authoring a number of books, manuals and white papers on the subject.
As employee share plan administrators, this expertise is underpinned by an acute attention to detail and a level of customer service that fosters relationships built on trust and commands a loyal and longstanding clientele.
We recognise that the success of our business is inextricably linked to the success of our clients, and they enjoy peace of mind knowing that EPM is more like a partner in business than simply a supplier of a service.
John Day is the Director of EPM. While John’s background is in chartered accounting, he’s widely regarded as an expert remuneration consultant, particularly in the integration of employee share plans into remuneration strategies, and succession planning.
John is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia, Certified Tax Agent, Fellow of Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of The Governance Institute of Australia, and has developed and presented accredited remuneration consulting courses for financial planners and accountants. John’s work is widely published, and he lectures on topics ranging from small business, succession and remuneration planning (including design), to implementing employee incentive plans.
